Franklin County High School, 1984

University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education

North Georgia College and University with a Masters of Education in Interrelated Special Education.

My recent endorsements include Reading and Gifted.


I have taught in Franklin County School System for 20+ years.


I am married to Todd. We reside in Carnesville, Ga. I am a member of the Kings Branch Baptist Church where I serve as church clerk as well as youth director. My parents are Evelyn Leverette of Royston and James Leverette of Athens. I have five siblings Regina, Tammy, Shelia, Reggie, and Renwick. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I come from a family of educators and decided early on I wanted to be a teacher and bake cakes. I am still working on the cake baking . I enjoy working with my students and their families. I am blessed to be a such a wonderful school as LES.
